I will help you move better, get stronger and build more muscle. I am a strength & conditioning coach and have worked with all kinds of people and athletes for over 10 years. Building muscle and getting strong requires a lot more nuance when battling health troubles and this is exactly what I’ll be coaching you through.
Managing flare ups
Learn strategies to handle flare-ups and varying pain levels with confidence, so you can stay in control no matter the circumstance. I will support you through the highs and the lows (having experienced it all myself), providing guidance and reassurance every step of the way.
